How old is he and how long have you had him??? Does he seem ok otherwise?? I'm not an expert, but maybe he just got excited. You may want to call your vet though to put your mind at ease
I've heard that lots of yorkies do this when they get excited but sense I'm not there and I can't hear it I hate to diagnose your baby.
