Designate an area that he can go in
doesn't matter if it's outside or in a corner of the laundry room
but that is the only place he can eliminate in
Now you have to close off as much of the rest of the house for now as possible
Keep him in only the areas where he needs to be for now
and watch him
praise him when he goes in the right place
and watch him when he's in places were you Don't want him to go
when you catch him going where you don't want him to it's AH!
can transport him where he should be
after the fact is too late ... he'll have no idea what you are talking about
any reaction he'll have will be from his tone of voise and body language
nothing else
