You will be okay and so won't Widget..... :-) I know how scary it can be though waiting for the operation....
I have fostered at least 5 dogs that have had this same surgery and all of their recovery time has been remarkable...... my Emerson had both legs done a couple months ago ...you would never know...except his hair has not fully grown back in yet....
I will be thinking of you and Widget for a speedy recovery....
