We use "Comfortis" on ALL our furkids (including the puppies @ 14 wks). Even though my dh treats our yard for all type of bugs/insects...this is the only thing we have found here in NW FL that works!!! We don't even have them in the yard. Something about if it get's on the dog & bites them..the flea dies! It's been working for us in the past 3+ years. Hope it works for you. ps you can not give it to cats, we have to use a cat version of advantix for them
