In this economy, stuff happens and people need to downgrade and possibly give up much loved pets to care for animals. Also in this economy, a lot of people don't have $700 lying around but you know what they say one mans junk is another mans treasure. Craigslist is a great way to reach a lot of people and its free. I don't think what she is doing is wrong. Her kids may want a Wii and she cannot afford it, so this is a way for her to get it and find homes for her babies. I hope those 2 babies get a great home and stay together. Most of us here would never trade our pups, but how do we know she didn't lose her house and needs to downgrade and can only get an apt that does not allow pets. This thread quickly jumped to BAD conclusions. I don't have kids and if I'd lose my house before I gave up my boys.... but that cannot be the case when a person has children.
