hi there,

i have a question. my 4month yorkie seems too friendly with strangers. when i take her out for a walk and someone walks by, she'll stop dead in her tracks, sit down and wait for the person to come over, and if someone does she just jumps around that person etc, and when they go away, she'll either sit and not move just looking at them, or she'll try to go after them. i feel kinda weird when my dog doesn't want to come over when shes told, and she wants to be with the strangers. how do i fix this?
