Also ref the potty training, If she pooped on the potty pads, she's trained, the accident on the carpet is probably stressed related or even marking territory. I'd be patient with her, she's trying to adjust to a new owner, a new home and another dog!! Also as a woman you know how a "bad hair" day can make you feel not quite at your best!!!
