It sounds like he may require more attention. One of the tips on here that I got that is working well is restricting his movement. I've kept him on a leash unless I'm actively playing with him. That way he can't sneak off. I haven't had a mistake since except for the one time that his movement wasn't restricted. I think the treats that he's gotten for going outside have helped too. He gets a treat every time for doing what he's suppose to.

Also, I found out we weren't taking him out often enough. It's easier to let a dog out when you have a back yard, but for your loft don't forget to take him out a minimum of every 3 hours. You don't want your dog in pain.
