I wouldn't really scream, per say. He doesn't really know what you're screaming about. Especially if you haven't taken the time to let him know where is the right place to go potty and where is the wrong place. He's hiding because of your scream. You need to portray calm, assertive energy and calmly but sternly say "NO!" and put him in the right place. And in order to get a 2 year old who is in bad habits trained... you're going to HAVE to either crate train or get an x-pen to get him pottying in the right place. Make it so that he CAN'T go potty in the corners. Block him off from all corners. Keep him in an open room where you can constantly see him.

Put him on a strict schedule, letting him outside or on the pad every hour. Do NOT give free roam to him if you cannot keep your eyes on him 24/7. He WILL continue going. He obviously just doesn't know right from wrong yet and you will have to work hard to teach him. It won't happen instantly. Most yorkies can take 6 months-1 year to potty train as puppies and I think older dogs are more difficult because they've already started the bad habits.
