Will do. The dr was very positive so that helps quite a bit. Turns out he has a yorkie himself so I feel very confident that he understands the needs of these little guys.
What grade is your little one's lp? My concern with his recovery is the downtime. Maggie is such a hyper little one that we are going to have to separate them. She is constantly jumping on him and pushing him. Dr. said absolute crate time. He recommends a 3 x 3 area. My friend is going to loan me her shepherds crate so he will be able to see out while he is in there. Poor baby. He's had run of the downstairs for a year.

I know that I will have him out an on my lap at night but it just won't be the same for him. He hasn't been confined in a crate for the last 14 1/2 mos since we've had him. Good luck with your little one. I know that he will do fine. When do you think you will be having your surgery?
