She must be a long lost relative of Zoey. She does that pawing my shin crap too. When I have had it I take her behind back inside and put her in the crate. I stand there and tell her if you want out we go back outside and you do your business or you will be sentenced to puppy prision. So out we go and she knows I mean business and will go in a matter of under a minute. God give us strength. I stand there and lecture her. My family and neighbors might think I am a loon. I tell her I am cold too and if she handles her business then we can both go in and get warm. I kind of taunt her too. I tell her Toby is a good boy and went potty fast so we could be warm and get a cookie. Meanwhile we are out here suffering in the cold.
Zoey will go in the rain but she is scared spitless if there is thunder. Then she will just cower.
