Dogs need to be 8 weeks old in order to travel by air, and need to have a health certificate issued within 10 days of travel. Make sure that you confirm that you can get her on the flight you're taking. You will need to make her reservation ahead of time. FAA regulations only allow 2-3 dogs in Economy class on any given flight. Another 1-2 dogs may travel in First Class.
Obviously do NOT let a puppy that small (IMO, any Yorkie) travel with the baggage in the belly of the plane.
