I use it on my horses, it's great stuff!!!
When Ranger still had his puppy coat he matted horribly. I had to use it before every bath to get those deeper tangles out that I couldn't comb it.
It is very heavy and I prefer to wash it right out after it does its job
Now that both boys have nice, silk adult coats, I think the CC Ice on Ice is better as it isn't heavy and doesn't leave a film.
