They are aloud at our Farmer's Market but they have a sign saying they're not allowed if not on a leash. I will only take Roxie in a carrier (the kind I can carry her strapped on to me or a sling) that way she is safe from the other dogs. Plus it gets so busy I don't want her getting stepped on. I've seen people have their little yorkies in strollers in the mall. I want one of those so bad. You can do more. One time DH and I were driving to Florida and it was very hot and too hot to leave her in the car which I won't do anyway. I zipped her into her bag and carried her into a fast food place to get a to go order. No one said anything. Florida seems more pet friendly, I see alot of dogs at outdoor cafe's on a leash. |
