My smallest Yorkie, Harley, developed very scaly skin in January (it looks like a really BAD case of dandruff). I took him to the vet and she prescribed Clavamox and Sebolux shampoo. After 2 weeks of antibiotics his skin was completely healed. I continued to use the medicated shampoo for his weekly baths.
Now the dandruff is back in a big way. He's never suffered from allergies before but I'm wondering if the Cesar's and/or Purina One food that he has twice a day could be part of the problem.
Anyone have any ideas?
