I just read the above quote, Kamen. First of all, I'm not interested in any form of law suite. That's not why I'm on here, and at this point it's gone way beyond money. I am here to protect others from what I have gone through.
As I said before, I know I signed the contract. It's a matter of principle and ethics. Karma is a female dog! I think it's funny people on here think I'm just here to complain that I have to pay money to get my dog healthy again and that all I want is brenda to pay. Not true. I want everybody to be aware of my situation and make educated decisions when buying a puppy from any breeder.
Second, there is no slander case here because I am stating the truth about what happened in MY situation. Nothing I am stating here is false or untrue from what I have read and heard and about the disease and my experiences and exchanges with brenda over email. I have all of my emails that I have exchanged with her saved.
