Cute puppy, but not a yorkie, maybe partial mix, but not much. I definitely would be requesting a complete refund or a new puppy that is full yorkie, although it would be hard to trust that she would do that now. I would check into the law as others have suggested to recoup my payment/deposit. I am sorry you have to go through this, what a shame. . Please keep us posted on what happens
