I am not really finding one that is perfect "as is." You will probably have to take one and modify it. I hope one of the breeders will offer a sample of their contracts. I did not like many of the ones I found on a google search. Some of the breeders sounded like they were washing their hands of any responsibility other than genetic diseases found within a few days. I don't like that kind of abdication of responsibility but a seller does have to have some protections as well as the buyer. Some contracts didn't offer any protection for the seller at all. There has to be a happy medium where both are offered some assurance of fairness.
