Time for all of us to back off and give them some breathing room. No need to keep pushing. If it is meant to be it will happen between the two of them. We need to try to answer some of the OP's questions! I don't have a contract yet, but will look around because I am definately going to use a contract when I sell my sweet puppies (if I ever part with any of them!). As for a rehoming fee -- I don't think realistically most people are going to pay over $500 and $400 is probably more the going rate for an older rehome that has "issues." But, I have to tell you, if it was me and the dog was a right fit for me and my family, I would pay more. So, Gina, if you absolutely need to get more of your money back, you could try for $600 and see what happens. These are just suggestions. I will be back when I find some contracts.
