I never knew dogs could get vaginitis. do you know how she got it?
also you should let that area air out as much as possible, thats what humans should do especially at night. To clean, I would just use some baby wipes(unscented) so that she doesn't clean it her self. I am thinking that it might be able to spread on her, sort of like a yeast infection can. JMO though, good luck and I hope she gets better real soon!!
