I understand your frustration so I am going to suggest something else.
If it were I in your situation I would contact a Yorkie Rescue and turn
her over to them. She will get the spaying needed and be placed into a loving
home for the rest of her life. I would not be at all interested in recouping
any $ from her. You bought her knowing what expenses might arise,
afterall no dog ownership ever goes without expenses.
Knowing she is safe and in a rescue being taken care of and loved should
make you feel better. Your only creating more stress for yourself trying
to get back money already gone plus now worring about spaying her before
she leaves with no money to do it.
Do yourself a favor and call a rescue. The sooner you do that the better
off both of you will be.
It's only a suggestion and in no way am I trying to tell you what to do,
only trying to find a way out for you before you get yourself stressed
out more.
In all honesty if I had to re-home Buddy my only concern would be that
he be loved and safe. I have spent a small fortune on him in 5yrs and I
would not expect one nickle back. The important thing here is the welfare
of your pet.
Again, good luck,
