I agree with Carol - please have her spayed before her placement. I don't think withholding her CKC registration would stop someone from breeding her.
As far as recouping your original payment, could you not still pursue the Florida lemon laws on this? Since it's been proven that the greeder will not take her back, I wonder if you could still win your case and rehome Emma?
If I do hear of anyone wanting a sweet yorkie girl, Emma will be the first one I recommend - of course with making sure the placement would be a good fit for both.
