We take a walk every morning during the week for about 30 minutes. Weekend morning walks are longer. During the day we go out for 20 minute walks 3-4 times (he is at the office with me).
Play time is usually in the morning at home for about an hour while we are getting ourselves together to get out the door, at the office he pretty much keeps himself occupied by his toys, sleeping, or watching people
