Thanks everyone! You know, I use Coathandler shampoo and conditioner and I dilute some of the conditioner and leave in for blowdrying. I bathed Felicity yesterday and all her mats came out with blowdrying. Then I worked on Phoenix, but had to cut out several mats.
I'm going to try the cornstarch thing and find an untangler comb. Thanks for the links. I think I will shave Phoenix and then grow his hair back out for the fall. By then, hopefully Felicity will be a little calmer!
