i agree and i think this kind of contract has become the norm for breeders. i am not commenting on whether or not it is good or bad because i am not a breeder and have no idea of the things they need to protect themselves from (as we have even recently discovered, there are a lot of dishonest breeders AND buyers out there)
i know one of my babies came with a 100% MONEY BACK HEALTH guarantee which i thought was great.
ETA: brenda, sorry you are going through this. i have read nothing but good things about you and your babies and i think it is outstanding you offered to replace the puppy even though it fell outside the
signed contract
