If the Breeder is willing to replace the dog then why not just give the amount of money that they would recieve for the dog if they sold it ?
That could help with the vet bill!!!!Knowing that once someone gets attached to there little ones their not going to part with them no matter what is wrong with them.......they are now part of someones Family!!!!!
