I am going to keep posting this quote the Breeze investigated. If any of you (and I won't say all because of all my friend requests and pms and posts on my side out of this-I am not referring you your supportiveness) think that my "reputation is surrounded in Yt you have got to be kidding. The busy bodies that are so interested in something they know nothing about should go back and see?? what 4 posts out of 900 that are actually selling a dog?? I am not a huge breeder and don't need YT to sell are you kidding? I don't even have enough litters to have to...it is just an additional means. I did not"breed" Emma. I owned her briefly before Sara purchased her months ago. She came back to my less than a few days when Gina said she wanted her. Everything in our phone conversations was discussed. MANY hours. You all can ASSume all you want. You weren't there and have no clue. I did offer her a REFUND.She said no and that she WANTED to keep her. She also turned around and had a broker sell her and advertise her as a breeder. She told me she promised to spay her asap. I am not the "breeder" of Emma. No I don't want anything else to do with this as I offered/she declined and also is very much appreciative everyone else will be paying for her lies. Please read the quote again and AGAIN ...however many times it would take to actually sink in for some of you. She IS NOT friends with Chelsey as she claims. Read Chelseys response. She does not know her and posted EXACTLY what Gina requested of her. Now I do think Gina does have "updated pics" right. Of the supposed wrong dog (and for many of you that don't think she is the same dog-just as many do. Please please go for the legal Dave. We will be well taken care of and you will loose. We will also bring Chelseys info in this as well as to your "misrepresentation of an acurate picture". You don't intimitate me or my family with your threats and yes my husband can bench more than you can. My family does not get intimidated. Call it an italian thing. So your wasting your breath. Our family is well versed in the legal areana so if you want to keep threatening please put your money where your mouth is. We can and will accomodate. Please for everyone else that is so willing to side with the "honest" "done wrong buyer" read again the quote below. I have 900 posts and 97% of all of them are simply complimenting or asking questions. So no I won't be going anywhere and just because of a few misguided responses.... I wish I could copy all the pms that are so supportive as well, but they don't want to be involved in the high school drama. I wonder why people still don't get the fact that I offered the refund, she declined, then posted Emma as a breeder. I am no longer going to pay her for her B.S and HER choice at having Emma shipped. Ummm and again... I don't have a "reputation" on here. Nor desire to have one. Anyone can see that by my other 897 posts :-)

Emma is not my dog. I was advertising her for someone who contacted me for help. I do everything I can to find great homes for dogs, but I was COMPLETELY misled in this situation. I merely put what she told me on my website. I was told that her husband surprised her with this dog, and she was larger than she wanted, so she wanted me to sell her. I didn’t know she was aggressive, and there was any problem with this dog, or about any of the false advertising. She gave me the pictured I had posted, and I thought she was a cute little girl. Thankfully, a client that I have worked with in the past informed me of what was going on with this dog, and I immediately took her off my website. I have worked so hard to build my reputation, and I sure hope this situation hasn’t ruined it for me. I work with breeders who have bred yorkies for over 40 years, and I sell their dogs for them. I generally don’t sell for other people besides the few breeders that I know and respect, but I wanted to help and all it has done it hurt me. I would like to stay completely out of this situation. I have nothing to do with this dog other than that I was trying to find her a forever home where she could be comfortable and happy. I hate seeing dogs get tossed around. I hope this situation can be resolved for the sake of the poor dog!
