ITA! You made a mistake and that was by not going to the breeders home and viewing her before purchasing. Also, where is the contract? I'm not saying you're the bad guy here Gina. You were obviously misled by the seller in this purchase, BUT you should have taken better steps to protect yourself. The first redflag would have been the request for payment by moneygram. Emma is your responsibility now, and so is dealing with this situation. You either have to go to court to get a refund because the seller isn't cooperating, or rehome Emma on your own. It sucks, I know!
And someone can tell me to shut up at anytime, this whole thread is really none of my business.

I'm just a huge animal lover, and I can't keep my opinion to myself in these types of situations.
