I just want to say that I was in disbelief when I read the negative post that was recently directed towards Des at GoFetch. I have ordered from Des on many occasions and I can't say enough about the excellent quality of all of her gorgeous clothing items.
Des is such a sweetheart and in my experience has provided exceptional customer service to me on each and every occasion that I have ordered from her. In fact, I live in Canada and before I even can blink an eye my order is waiting for me at the mailbox. I'm amazed at how efficient she is.
On several occasions I have had custom requests for my three girls and Des was only to happy to accommodate me with no questions asked.
All I can say is that Des is a real sweetheart and it honestly hurts me beyond belief that she would have to defend herself in response to this member's unfounded accusations.
In closing, I truly feel very badly for Des that she was critisized in this manner by one particular member. I agree with one other member who stated that it would truly be unfair that this judgement would influence in any way other "newbies" in a negative way when it comes to ordering from Des at Go.Fetch.
Please take if from me, and listen to the majority of members on this thead before casting judgement based on the opinion of one isolated member. |
