It's just not the idea of not the right fit it's a real problem for your children and your little one. I'm so sorry this didn't work out for you. I'm sure there is a little one out there that is right for your family. This one was clearly not. I also agree that that is not the same dog in the picture imo. They do change, yes, but come on not that fast, 1 month, no way. To insinuate that you are mistreating this little one is just not fair. Just look at the hair on the chest. it's golden in the first picture and black in the second one. And that's not mud come on!! I think you were duped. Next time go look at the dog with your kids and make a decision. I know hindsight is 20/20. Good luck!!
Yeah, it is a very real problem. Hindsight is always 20/20. Anyone IMHO would be just as upset if it were them. If it had changed that dramatically "I" would have expected her to not say "Yes, she looks exactly the same." but rather to send updated pictures and let us know. She knew that size was a concern for us with Teiya being so small. Nearly 2lb's is a huge difference. I'm just lost as to where to go from here. I really don't want it to go down this road but if she isn't willing to take ownership of this I have no other choice than to lie down and take it or persue legal recourse, and I cannot lie down and take it, though I feel deeply for Emma, on one hand I feel so bad and on the other I didn't put her in this situation and it doesn't make me feel any less bad for her, but it does help me to not feel guilty about whatever we have to do to resolve this even though it will impact emma to goto another home.
