You MUST go to an emergency vet right NOW! I live in the country too, and our nearest emergency vet is two hours away, and believe me, we have gone there many times. Look in the yellow pages, and find one ASAP. If he's hot, he either has an infection or an allergic reaction. Either way, he is too young to wait. Please go right away. I'lll pray for you guys.
