if my client was unhappy i would want to know.. if she is your normal stylist, and you are a loyal client.. i don't think she would have a problem fixing it for you!!
even if you said the cut can't really be fixed.. maybe she can blend it some, or perhaps soften it, so it doesn't look so harsh? also.. if she were to fix the color, i guarantee that would make you feel SO much better about it!

I am a hairstylist as well and I totally agree. She should be happy to help you. If she isnt or is mad just ask if someone else is willing. The salon should take care of you for sure, dont feel like YOU are being picky! They will be able to fix your color for sure. As for your cut they may have to add some shorter layers if there is a big chunk in the front. Hopefully it will look like a "cool" faceframe!! Maybe bring in a picture of someone with a new style and ask if they can try to make it look like that. SO they dont just make something up.
