If you are unwilling to accept a dog no matter how gorgeous showing that amount of aggression towards your family, then I think it's best for the both of you to find another home for her. It's no use for us, as outsiders, to tell you how cute and sweet we think she is and she just needs a little TLC and very much likely a professional trainer/behavior specialist to work with her, because, in the end, it's your money, your time, your life, your love. If you have none of that to give to this little girl, no one should try to force you to accept her as you'll probably never do. And you aren't asking to be judged by requesting second opinions on whether or not you had been misled in your purchase. |
Her appearance is secondary. If her disposition was what I expected, I could get over the fact that her appearance resembles nothing like presented to me. My main concern is the injuries my 3lb dog has suffered because of her aggression and how she goes after my kids when they have food. Even hiring a trainer means I have to house the dog while a trainer works with her and my family remain at risk. Am I willing to do that for what I paid for her? No. I'm not. I don't have the time, which is why I was willing to pay so much more than her value.

I would never. If Jasmanea, will not take her back and work with me on the shipping charges, I will try to find proper placement for her and screen anyone interested carefully. She's a good dog. She just needs to be in a home without other dogs and small children.
