I don't believe that the difference between the two is just one month, no. If that's what she said, there's no way I'd be sold on that. However, I would believe that that first photo is a shot of her at say, 8 months +.

I'm not saying that she didn't misrepresent the dog visually. It's clear that she has. The dog doesn't match the photo as far as coat coverage goes and coloring/pigment.

For this reason alone, plus size and terrible attitude, I think that a mistake was made on both of your parts and the dog given back to the original Seller.(as a breeder, I never would've sold to you with so much uncertainty...neither should she have. To be fair, you paid to get her there. She can pay to get her back and then also reimburse you. This is assuming that A: The dog truely was misrepresented by the Seller and B: You two did discuss at length her aggression issues and she led you to believe that the dog wasn't "that bad" or was certainly "managable".....
