I have a 7y old male Maltese who is 6.2 lbs and my 1y old male yorkie who is also 6.2 lbs now. But when they are standing next to each other, the maltese is a bit taller, because his legs are taller. My yorkie is more compact and although he also has a taller legs, is still shorter than the maltese. I love them both dearly.
