One dose probably wouldn't do a thing but you may want to wait a week or two.
I'm sure the product does work great and if the problem is so bad that medication is needed, I would say use it. In my opinion, a small amount of staining is not worth using antibiotics daily. Ellie is on Tylan now but it is medically necessary. Quite a few meds can raise liver enzymes.
