if my client was unhappy i would want to know.. if she is your normal stylist, and you are a loyal client.. i don't think she would have a problem fixing it for you!!
even if you said the cut can't really be fixed.. maybe she can blend it some, or perhaps soften it, so it doesn't look so harsh? also.. if she were to fix the color, i guarantee that would make you feel SO much better about it!

Thanks for the insight! I'm definitely going to go in the morning now! I dunno what she'd do about the cut...I have extremely fine, thin hair so the giant chunk thats missing in the front may be hard to blend! Maybe though
I hope we can fix this red! It was supposed to be my usual color? Not really sure what happened there?
