I would go back and get them to fix it. Most hair stylists don't want you to be disappointed because they want you to come back.
If you hate the color, get it dyed exactly the way you want it and be specific so they don't mess it up
And if the cut is uneven, see if they can even it out while salvaging the length. They should NOT charge you for fixing their mistakes.
