IMXO, no matter what experience you have if this kennel IS puppy mill. I am also very happy with my girl (who came directly from breeder), however after I found out who is my breeder (puppy mill), I would never ever advertise her as you're doing right now.
Puppy mills are horrible things, and supporting them is wrong idea.
It is good that your puppy is healthy (although it is still a pup, genetic problems will show up later
), but please do not advertise those who are well known as puppy mill.
If Still kennel in puppymill database, it should tell you something. You wrote "maybe her bad experience was an isolated case" . If it was only one case... But they are in puppy mill database, that means they have maaaaany complains, and proved info that they ARE puppy mill.
