In the mornings I take Twinkle to a field near us and throw the ball for her for about 45mins (depending on the weather
) she LOVES it, and then a 30min walk on the leash in the evening. During the day, if she wants to play, she'll bring me her ball and I'll have a break from work (any excuse!) and play for half hour or so. xx xxxx
