I "think" it is under User CP (top left of screen) and then subscribed threads. You would need to unsubscribe to them.
If you go to Forums (on the top left) and scroll down past general discussion, paste emergency, past health and diet, past breeding, past off topic discussion you will see the site questions and comments section. That is where admin answers these types of questions.
