I hope someone can assist me with this. Plus, teach me where to look for tech questions/answers. I'm still learning my way around the site.

I would like to know how to "disable" the posts that show up in my email from threads where I have posted. (I like getting the notice of private messages, by the way.)

It is driving me crazy deleting all these new responses, etc. I prefer to return to the thread itself to read updates. All this service is doing in my personal case is clogging up my inbox.

I feel certain it can be fixed with some simple adjustment but I don't know where to start.
