Lil fu fu girl - I couldnt agree with you more. Also, thanks to everyone else. We are handling it, I just dont want to say too much. It will be taken care of. As for what the woman said about the german shepherd attacking the shih tzus all the time, I believe also that she was trying to negate the situation but it only made me even more angry. My baby is OK right now, but his feelings are hurt and you can tell. He has been acting strangely since the incident and if he doesnt recover soon this will only get worse. I will not stay out of my own yard due to someone elses irresponsibility. Like I said before, there is nothing wrong with having these types of dogs for protection, however you MUST take the precautions to prevent things like this i.e. double locked gate, signs, reinforced fence etc...

There is just nothing worse than an irresponsible pet owner.
