I love the fact that this one records YOUR voice so your pup can feel like you're there when you're not.
Petco.com was very easy to work with too. I called and asked for an exchange and they shipped me out a new out. It's supposed to arrive tomorrow, and at the same time the Fedex guy will pick up the old one to take back.
Will let you know how she likes it once I get the working one and record my voice in it.
