I know many websites give out an "adoption papers" to fill out, but how many really refuse customers? I think this just gives buyers a false sense of security that they are buying from a quality breeder. Now that people aren't buying so much from pet stores, the Internet has become the way the millers can sell their dogs. I believe the only way to ensure that you are buying from a good breeder is to check out for yourself the conditions in which the dogs are being raised.
