I would take her to the vet ASAP....but depending on her age could be an inner ear problem causing the neck to go sideways....I had a corgi do the same thing and then my 13 year old yorkie ended up with the same thing but is now better. There is a nerve in the ear that can cause this and no it isn't the sublextion thing So I'll pray it's the inner ear and not the other!
