Hang tough mom! She is just a baby and that is what they do! I have a 13 week old at home and he is beyond hyper. What I do is wear him out. We are also in the NE and it has been cold and damp. So we stay inside and play fetch and dog tug-of- war with socks. I do this about 3 times a day, sometimes up to 30-50 minutes. It wears him out and he naps then, and does not tear up anything. Well, maybe kleenex if I leave it where he can get it. I also buy chewies for him that help with his teething.
