We don't really have off leash dogs in our neighborhood BUT we have a ton of stray cats and there is one cat that is about 2 times bigger than Samson (we haven't taken Harley for a walk yet cuz he doesn't have all his shots and this cat is probably 3 times bigger than Harley). Anyways I am not kidding this cat stalks us when we walk. I have to always pick up Sam until the cat goes away. I believe this cat thinks Samson is a rat I am walking and he wants to punce on him. Even when I try to scare the cat away it continues to stalk Samson.
