Harley is just so adorable and i'm so happy the little guy has a safe and secure and loving home with you!
I personally don't think it is a good idea to have a very small dog with very young children...just my opinion, and i'm sure alot would disagree with me but Unless you are willing and able to supervise at all times and teach the child to be gentle and respectful, it will not work, and will only end in tears.
