Anytime there are other dogs off leash while walking, I would NOT ever leave a yorkie off leash. If the other dog is aggressive, you may not have time to leash your dog or pick it up if it is off leash. AFTER your yorkie has been attacked is TOO LATE to decide you should have had more control. |
